Q:
Can I change my appointment?
A:
Yes, you may change your appointment.
We ask that you give us a minimum of two working days' notice (48 hours) in the event you need to change your appointment. We understand that this may not always be possible in the case of sickness or car trouble, etc. A minimum of 24 hour notice is required to avoid a $75.00 late cancellation or no show fee.
This gives us the opportunity to offer your reserved appointment time to another patient in need of dental services or who may have an emergency. We appreciate this courtesy. Please ask us about our "priority call list" for appointment availability.
Q:
Can I make payments on my treatment?
A:
Dental Expressions requires payment for dental treatment on the day the services are performed. For patients who want or need to extend payment for their dental treatment, we offer financing through Care Credit, a Medical/Dental financing company. Dental Expressions works with Care Credit to offer various payment terms to fit into most everyone's budget, some are even interest free. Please ask any of our team members for details or for an application. All extended payment plans are based on approved credit.
Q:
Can I bring my spouse, child or caregiver to my appointment?
A:
Absolutely! Our beautiful office has a spacious reception room for our guests to stretch out, get caught up on reading, have a snack or just relax and wait for you. Our treatment consultation room is also large enough to accommodate whomever you want to share your dental treatment planning with or just be there for moral support.
If you would like another person including your spouse or child to have access to your dental, medical, financial, insurance or appointment details for better communication, we are happy to provide you with the legal HIPAA documents to sign.
Q:
Do you accept my insurance?
A:
Dental insurance is a benefit usually provided to you by your employer and it is designed to help you pay for dental care, but may not completely take care of all dental costs incurred. We accept all "indemnity" types of dental insurance that will allow you to choose your own provider. We will be happy to help you maximize your individual dental insurance or flex/health savings plans by submitting your claims for you with the proper documentation required.
Acceptance of the insurance does not absolve the client of full responsibility for the charges of the treatment rendered. Therefore, we require payment to be made on or before the time treatment is rendered. Dental Expressions accepts Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Third party financing is also available on approved credit.
Dental Expressions/Dr. Richard Masek is not a participating provider with any PPO, DMO, HMO or pre-paid dental insurance plans. However, your plan may provide benefits to you for treatment performed by an "out of network provider". Please call your insurance company or employer with any questions regarding your specific dental plan.
