Dr. Masek
Dr. Masek is a highly skilled clinician who practices CEREC, Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry. Dr. Masek graduated from the University Of Southern California Dental School in 1976. He maintains a beautifully appointed fee-for-service office in San Diego, California.
A CEREC dentist since 1990, Dr. Masek has risen to the top of his profession as a true pioneer with his in depth understanding of the CEREC Method. Dr. Masek is a member of an elite group of less than 250 dentists worldwide who are accredited by the prestigious American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. In 1992, Dr. Masek was awarded his Accreditation by the AACD, distinguishing him for his excellence in Cosmetic Dentistry.
Armed with CEREC technology and cosmetic skills,
Dr. Masek dedicated his practice to providing patients with high-quality restorations that are both esthetically pleasing and functional, in single visit appointments.

Author
Having penned the first CEREC “before” and “after” book, Highly Esthetic CEREC Solutions ©, Dr. Masek received international recognition from his peers.
Dr. Masek has authored numerous articles on CEREC technology and techniques that appear in dental journals and periodicals. He has lent his expertise to CEREC/Sirona™ by writing the CEREC Anterior Manual published on the internet.
In the past, he has written and published a CEREC newsletter for dentists, known as Thru The Lens ©.
Speaker and Educator
Dr. Masek founded Dentistry By Design in 1993. He created a state-of-the-art CEREC continuing education facility to further the art and science of computerized dentistry. As the Director of Dentistry By Design,
Dr. Masek and his faculty are is able to offer dentists from all corners of the globe, a continuum of 8 courses at 4 distinct levels:
Advanced Series, Mastery Series, Virtuoso, and the Speciality Series.
World renowned as a CEREC pioneer, Dr. Masek is a sought after speaker. He has lectured throughout the United States, Europe, Australia, and Africa. Dr. Masek has brought his CEREC message and hands-on experience to four of the seven continents!
CEREC Dentist
Dr. Masek believes that his patients will be as excited as he is about the world of CEREC dental possibilities to improve oral health and create beautiful smiles. Ensuring his patients health and comfort is his principal concern. He strives to provide the most current, high-quality, esthetic dentistry possible, tailored to meet the needs and values of his patients.
Giving Back
Always thinking of others, Dr. Masek extended his passion for dentistry to helping those in need by volunteering in the Give Back A Smile™ Program.
The Give Back A Smile™ Program was established by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry® (AACD) out of a desire to give something back to the community, specifically, to help victims of unfortunate circumstances. The program is dedicated to providing cosmetic dental care at no cost to all survivors of domestic violence.
Family Man, A Man of Faith
When not caring for his patients, writing, teaching or lecturing, Dr. Masek does find quality time to spend with his beautiful wife of 30 years, Sheri, their two Yorkies, three daughters and five grandchildren, ages newborn to 21.
Deeply committed to his faith, Dr. Masek strives to base his actions on the principles of Jesus Christ.

Dr. Sauer
Dr. Scott Sauer graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1990. He maintains a private practice in Amarillo, Texas, which focuses on esthetic and reconstructive dentistry.
Dr. Sauer has been a CEREC 3D user since August of 2003. He has completed numerous hands-on courses and has gone through extensive continuing education training with Dr. Masek.

Dr. Yankowskas
Dr. Jim Yankowskas is a 1980 graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts and graduated from Georgetown University School of Dentistry in 1984. He has a private practice in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts where he began practicing CEREC dentistry in 1999. He lectures and provides training sessions to local dental societies and study clubs.
