Dr. Sandra Hunter studied biology at the University of Texas at El Paso. She graduated "Magna Cum Laude" in 2001 from University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School (ranked the number one dental school in the nation by US News and World Report). Dr. Hunter completed her residency in advanced educational general dentistry at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas.

She has been in private dental practices in Dallas, Texas and El Paso, Texas before settling here in
San Diego with the Dental Expressions Team.

Dr. Hunter has worked as a dental illustrator for prestigious dental publications. She is always striving to learn and perfect her clinical skills through active participation in contining education.
