A $500
non-refundable deposit is required at registration to reserve your seat in
the desired course.
Enrollment
Our courses are offered to Doctors and/or Staff Members. Staff Members
must be accompanied by their Doctors to attend courses. Our definition of a Doctor is a dentist with a DDS or DMD licensed to
practice dentistry in this country or any other country, whether as an
individual,
an associate, or an employee of a dental practice.
Doctors are not considered Staff Members.
Lab Technicians will
be enrolled as a Doctor.
Our definition of a Staff Member is an individual in a dental office
acting as an office manager, dental assistant, registered dental
assistant, or hygienist.
Tuition
All tuition is quoted and to be paid in US currency.
Tuition fees may change without notice.
Please confirm the current tuition when registering for a course.
Tuition for courses must be paid in full 30 days prior to the course date.
For five day course, when necessary
attendees may pay tuition in 2 equal payments over the course of two
months.
Payment
For your convenience we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American
Express, Diners Club, Checks and Cash .
Course Availability
Dentistry By Design, Inc reserves the right
to change course dates up to 21 days before the scheduled start date and
will refund all payments in such cases.
Course Cancellation
Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing no less than 30 days prior to the
scheduled course date via FAX to (619) 828-1719. Course refunds will be
given excluding the $500 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 2
weeks of the scheduled course date will forfeit 50% of the tuition ,
excluding the $500 nonrefundable deposit. Dentistry By design reserves
the right to cancel any course up to 21 days before the scheduled start
date and will refund all payments in such cases.
Non-Refundable Deposit
A $500
non-refundable deposit is required at registration to reserve a seat in
the course. The non-refundable deposit may be used towards another course
at Dentistry By Design, should a schedule conflict arise. The deposit must
be used within 2 years of its original payment date; otherwise it is
forfeited. The tuition balance is due in full 30 days prior to the start
date of the course.
Hours
The training facility opens at 8:30am. For the convenience of attendees,
courses begin at 9:00am and promptly end at 5:00pm. A mid-morning break,
lunch and mid-afternoon break are incorporated between educational
segments.
On our 2 and 3 day courses, we invite attendees to a "social hour" between
5:00pm and 6:00pm on Thursday, the first day of the course.
