Course Cancellation Policy
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required at registration
to reserve a seat in the course. The tuition balance is due 30 days prior
to start of course. Cancellations must be made in writing no less than 30
days prior to the scheduled course date via fax to (619) 828-1719. Course
refunds will be given excluding the $500 non-refundable deposit. Dentistry
By Design reserves the right to cancel any course up to 21 days before the
scheduled start date and will refund all payments in such cases. |
