Non-Refundable Deposit
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required, per student at registration to reserve a seat in the course. The non-refundable deposit may be used towards another course at Dentistry By Design, should a scheduling conflict arise. The deposit must be used within 2 years of the original deposit date or will be forfeited.

Course Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing no less than 30 days prior to the scheduled course date via fax to (619) 828-1719. Course refunds are only issued to attendees canceling within the 30 day requirement, less the non-refundable deposit. Attendees who cancel or reschedule a course within 2 weeks of the scheduled course date will forfeit 50% of the paid tuition, excluding the nonrefundable deposit. This policy is strictly adhered to.
